Malone Golfer Justin Lower is NAIA Player of the Year

Malone's Justin Lower received the 2010 Jack Nicklaus Award from the Golf Coaches Association of America as the NAIA’s Player of the Year.

Lower joins golfers from four other intercollegiate divisions — NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, and the National Junior Collegiate Athletic Association — as winners of this national award. He was the medalist in the NAIA national men's championship tournament, and led Malone to its overall third-place finish. In June, he finished 9th overall as a member of the U.S. team at the 13th World University Golf Championship at Málaga, Spain.
